We started the process of looking to install a pool in February 2025. Marie and Joel came to see us and we discussed all the options. We have a garden with no access from the front so our the project was going to need a crane at the rear. We are based in the UK and our French is not great. So the service we received from Union Pools was fantastic. The information provided has been very clear. The quotation was competitive. The options presented met our expectations. We received lots of care and attention during the whole process. Union Pools sorted out the Building Permit, access permissions and discussions with the Maire. The pool was installed in August 2025 and finished off in September 2025. The team on site worked very hard to ensure the crane kept within the time programme. The site team were tidy, considerate with neighbours and worked to a high quality. We have been extremely happy with the pool and aftercare service in explaining how to run and maintain a pool. We are especially grateful to Marie for her patience and explanations but thanks goes to the whole team including Joel, Julien and Patrick. We highly recommend this company if you are looking to install a swimming pool.
