Intervention ce jour pour la pompe à chaleur Très déçue, plus d'un an pour avoir un rdv (qui a été annulé 2 fois par la société) pour une révision annuelle obligatoire suite à l'installation d'une pompe a chaleur chez ma grand mère de 90 ans. J'avais appelé la semaine précédente pour savoir l'heure approximative du rdv on m'a dit vers 9h, a 12h toujours malgres 2 appels à la société. 13h30 on nous appel pour l'annulation et 14h30 arrivé du technicien sans être prévenue. Pas très professionnel, de laisser une personne âgée attendre toute la matinée un technicien sans prévenir de tout imprévus. Je déconseille cette société.
