Le début de notre relation fut houleux car le commercial était un peu agressif, commercialement parlant. Après une négociation commercial d'arrache pied avec le patron de l'époque, j'ai pu obtenir un tarif correct. - Panneaux : installlation pro et efficace. Seule l'application de suivi n'est pas au niveau du prix. FGE m'a promis de m'en fournir une autre : j'attends toujours depuis deux ans... - Chauffe-eau : le chauffe eau livré ne correspondait pas à la commande : je suis toujours en litige depusi deux ans... ballon thermodynamique installé dans une petite pièce sans évacuation de l'air frais : je suis toujours en litige depusi deux ans... En compensation du chauffe eau livré moins volumineux,un deuxième m'a été proposé à petit prix. L'évacuation de l'ai frais prévue pour ce deuxième chauffe-eau n'a jamais été faite : le technicien n'avait pas le temps : je suis toujours en litige depusi deux ans...
