I am very pleased with service Sénénité Piscines gave me and my family. From the survey and providing the estimate. Every thing was straight forward. We had had several offers to replace the liner but each one came with a proviso in case there turned out to be more to replacing the liner once the work started and though these estimate were slightly less than Sérénité it was obvious that we would have been less secure. In fact Sérénite were the only company who actually came to survey the pool before providing an estimate, which was exactly the amount charged to complete the work. When I agreed to Sérénite doing the work a member of there staff Eloïse was in contact with me initially and became my point of contact all the way through the project, this in it self was very helpful and reassuring. We managed with my poor and translated French and her good English to have a pleasant and seamless journey. I would recommend Sérénité Piscines to anyone if you need advice or major installation work done, they have the right attitude and respect for their customers. It seemed to me customer care was foremost in all there dealings with me! Roger Goddard
